Our gutter technician will recommend the best plan for your gutters. You can rest knowing that we will be checking your gutters on a regular basis and letting you know if you need to do any preventative maintenance before an easily corrected problem turns into a larger one or more expensive one. Some locations and conditions might need to be checked once a year, some every three months. Let us take the guesswork out of it for you and perform routine inspections when scheduled to make sure your gutters are cleaned and maintained as soon as it is needed.
What kind of things might need maintaining?
A gutter downspout could come loose if the gram that the hanger is drilled into isn’t solid. The downspout could swing in the wind, scratching your siding. A storm could blow a branch against your gutter, loosening it. As the wind continues to blow, it moves and the vibration could loosen other fasteners on the gutter too. A squirrel could build a nest in your gutter. The downspout clogs and water backs up. This breeds mosquitoes. causes extra strain from the weight of the standing water and could cause them to corrode more quickly. These are all things that would not be the fault of our company or installers but could become an expensive problem to fix if not corrected in a timely manner.
