OGEE/K-Style
Our most commonly sold gutter profile, OGEE is the standard for most residential homes and many commercial buildings as well. The gentle detailing adds decorative interest and texture to homes and it is a shape that is strong and has been proven over time to last. K-style is the lip design which ensures that the gutter cannot fall off or loosen from its hanger. All of our OGEE and K-style gutters are seamless and we offer them in 5” and 6” widths.
OG vs K-Style
“The major discrepancy in everyone’s mind is centered around OG vs. K-Style. Our opinion is OG speaks to the shape of the gutter face. This shape has been around since the Greeks. K-Style describes the hanger style and front lip design on the top of the OG shape. Over time the K-Style front lip and the OG shape have become synonymous in people’s minds. Because of the new styles of front lips and hangers, this thinking needs to be separated to allow us to describe them separately. Our additional designs for the back of the gutter also call for more precise definitions.” –A.B. Walters.
Box Gutter
Most commonly used for commercial buildings, box gutters accent an industrial building and add to the streamlined look. The box shape provides more volume which is sometimes needed for the greater square footage on the larger commercial roofs. We offer these in 6” and 7” widths and we can special order other sizes as needed for repairs. Some people prefer this cleaner look for homes also.

For the person who wants all the style… these are especially showy in copper. These are a very decorative option that can look modern or folksy, depending on the home and surrounding décor. Add to your cozy cottage or make that futuristic home even more eyecatching. Half-round gutters are installed with round pipes to complete the look and give all the unique feel you can want.
